Returns, Replacements & Exchange Policy

At Evara By Darshin, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Replacement Policy

We offer a 3-day replacement for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or broken upon delivery
  • Incorrect item received
  • Incorrect size, color, or quantity received
  • Significantly different from the product description

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and share:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product
  • video of the unpacking

Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.

Exchange Policy

We understand that preferences can change.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • The item is not listed under non-exchangeable products.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products (once worn or opened)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear


    Return Conditions

    Products returned to us must:

    • Be unused and in their original condition.
    • Include original packaging, tags, and invoice.
    • Show no signs of wear, scratches, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.

    We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Refund Policy

    As a general policy, Evara By Darshin does not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.

    Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

    • Your order is cancelled before dispatch.
    • A duplicate payment has been made.
    • The order cannot be fulfilled by us.

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10] business days, depending on your payment provider.

    Cancellation Policy

    Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Returns & Exchange Policy.
